- How much does tutoring cost?
- Tutoring is $40/hour with a 1-hour minimum, for one-on-one sessions in person or virtually. Group tutoring is $40/hour for the first student, plus $20/hour for each additional child.
- Do you accept Step Up For Students scholarships?
- Yes. We're an approved direct provider with Step Up For Students. Families with a Florida Tax Credit (FTC) Scholarship, Family Empowerment Scholarship, or other Step Up-administered scholarship can use those funds directly toward tutoring and Learning Pods, with no out-of-pocket cost for eligible families. We handle the coordination with Step Up for you.
- Do you offer virtual tutoring, or only in person?
- Both. Sessions can be at our location, at your home, or virtual, whichever works best for your family.
- What grade levels and subjects do you tutor?
- PreK through 12th grade, across STEM, ELA, special education support, test prep, and more, with a team of 16 tutors.
- What are Learning Pods, and how are they different from tutoring?
- Learning Pods are small-group, in-person programs for grades K-5 at our Tampa location, with an average teacher-to-student ratio of 1:3, combining structured academics with mentorship. Enrollment is by semester or full school year.
- Are Learning Pods drop-off, or do I need to stay?
- Learning Pods are drop-off for students ages 5 and older.
- Is there a sibling discount?
- Yes. Learning Pods siblings get a 50% discount on additional children's tuition. Group tutoring is $40/hour for the first child plus $20/hour for each additional child.
- Are your tutors background-checked?
- Yes, every tutor goes through a formal background check in addition to holding relevant certifications and experience.
- What if my child's tutor isn't the right fit?
- Just let us know and we'll help you switch to a different tutor, no hassle.
- What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- How do I get started?
