A Tampa Bay tutoring practice built by classroom-certified educators, grounded in hands-on, inquiry-driven learning rather than rote memorization.

Founder & Owner
Cayla Dementov
Cayla is a University of South Florida graduate with a degree in Science Education and a Biology 6-12 teaching certification. As former president of USF's National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) chapter, she ran a successful STEM summer camp for a Hillsborough County charter school before founding Stem Seeds Academy to bring that same hands-on approach to families across Tampa Bay.
"My lifelong fascination with the beauty of the natural world, particularly within biology, fuels my passion for STEM education. Stem Seeds Academy represents my commitment to hands-on learning and empowering the next generation."

Operations Manager
Cindy Grimaldi
Cindy holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida and brings more than 20 years of early childhood and elementary teaching experience. As Operations Manager, she keeps Stem Seeds Academy running day to day so families and teachers can focus on learning.
