Cayla Dementov
Founder/Owner
My lifelong fascination with the beauty of the natural world, particularly within biology, fuels my passion for STEM education. As a proud graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Science Education , a certification in Biology 6-12, and the former President of the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) chapter at USF, I have a strong foundation in both scientific knowledge and educational leadership. My experience running a successful STEM summer camp for a Hillsborough County charter school further solidified my commitment to hands-on learning. Founding STEM Seeds Academy is the culmination of this passion, a place where I can share the wonders of STEM, with a special emphasis on the living world, and empower the next generation of thinkers and innovators.
